Repair and maintenance failures and troubleshooting

Safety instructions
a. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble electrical appliances at will to avoid electric shock or misconnection.
b. When the lifting platform is under maintenance, the lifting platform must be hung and supported to prevent the lifting platform from falling suddenly, causing casualties.
c. Do not arbitrarily adjust the relief valve. Each component in the hydraulic system operates at a specified pressure. Any adjustment of the relief valve may cause the hydraulic system to malfunction. There will be unnecessary damage to people, machines and things.
d. Between any part of the hydraulic system, the pressure must first be relieved to prevent the pressure oil from being sprayed out and the workbench suddenly falling.
Monthly maintenance
a. Roller, intermediate shaft and bearing, cylinder pin and bearing, boom hinge and bearing, etc.
b. Add some lubricant to each part to extend the service life of the bearing.
c. Oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. The lifting platform is raised all the way. In this position, the hydraulic no-face should be 40-50 mm above the bottom of the box. The hydraulic oil is darkened, sticky or has gravel and other foreign matter. If found, it should be replaced in time (32# hydraulic oil)
Year-end maintenance
a. Check all hydraulic lines and fittings. The pipe must not be damaged, the joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.
b. Remove and disassemble the down valve, blow the plunger with compressed air, load it, and reattach it.
c. Dispose of the hydraulic oil, loosen the joint and take out the oil filter. After washing, clean it with compressed air, then put it back into the tank and connect the pipeline. (Change to new oil, do not continue to use old oil, otherwise the moving parts in the system will accelerate wear.)
